When you book a transfer, it means that the car will not be shared with other passengers and will be exclusively for you and anyone accompanying you.
The quantity of luggage you can bring is determined on the number of people traveling and the vehicle you are in. By default, each passenger is allowed one big suitcase and one bag. We recognize that you may have extra luggage; in that situation, please clarify your needs when making your booking, and an appropriate vehicle dedicated to your needs will be assigned to you.
There is no payment in advance for any of our transfers. Cancellations and changes can be made by emailing us at alan@mauritiusairport-transfers.com or contacting us at +230 5826 4642
Proceed to the exit when you have picked up your bags and completed customs (arrival lounge). Your driver will also be awaiting for you here. He'll be carrying a board or paper with your name printed on it. Simply provide him with your paper receipt or booking reference, and he will direct you to your vehicle.
Cancellation / Deposit Fee We do not take payment and do not charge for cancellations (there are no cancellation costs if you cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled pick-up time). We do advise you to tell us via email if you want to cancel a ride
We track airplane arrival times on a daily basis and arrange appropriately. Please provide us with your flight details for us to track arrival schedules.
After you get at your location, you will pay your driver in cash. You can pay in dollars/ euros/ pounds/ mur. If you schedule numerous excursions with us, we advise you just pay the percentage of the price that applies to the tour you take.
