Terms And Conditions Mauritius Airport Transfer

Mauritius Airport Transfers referred to as "Mauritius Airport Transfers" or "we" from now on.

Liability

Mauritius Airport Taxi only acts as an agent for the passengers in all functions pertaining to airport transfer, hotel transfer, tours, sightseeing tours, and public transit of whatever environment, and assumes no responsibility for injury, loss, injury, accident, postponement, or discomforts that may occur either due to defect, or as acts of govt or other officials (war, incidents, hit, etc.) or from any reason further than Mauritius Boarding gate. We assume no responsibility for any losses or additional expenditures incurred as a result of delays, changes in schedule, or other factors. Mauritius Airport Taxi and its providers retain the right to cancel or postpone any travel or trips at any time.

Payment, Receipt and Price

Payment

All airport transfers as well as other services offered by Mauritius Airport Transfer must be paid for in full once the transport is finished. Costs in currencies besides Mauritian Rupees will be translated at the rate in effect the day of your transfer.

Receipt

Mauritius Airport Transfer will issue a confirmation email after confirming a transfer. This voucher can be printed as evidence of service offered and provided to the driver. At the time of booking, all information on the travelers should be provided appropriately. All requests for changes/amendments must be submitted through email to Mauritius Airport Transfer. Mauritius Airport Transfer will not be held liable for any problems that arise as a result of your failure to receive or thoroughly read your reservation voucher.

Price

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. If the advertised pricing is incorrect for any reason, the Mauritius Airport Treansfer service will call you for authorization. Tips/gratuities, services not specifically included in the product description, and all other personal purchases are not covered.

Cancellations, reimbursements, and the cancellation method

A cancellation request may be issued for any reason. Your cancellation must be notified at least 10 hours before the planned pick-up time. Procedure for Cancellation A written email to Mauritius Airport Taxi is necessary to seek a cancellation. We shall not be held liable for any cancellations that are not confirmed to you.

Diverse

Each client must ensure that he has the necessary documentation for his travel, particularly (but not exclusively) if he has scheduled transfers. Smoking is completely prohibited on our cars.
